Search Engine Optimisation

As getting websites to the top of Google is what we do, we build in features and functions that allow you or us to optimise your website for search. Specifically we recommend the following simple 

• Make sure all property details are readable by Google
• Set up a system to allow Sold Property to remain on the website in the background, so that your website grows and keeping properties from every road and area you have ever dealt with for people to find when searching for a new home! All properties will be marked as “Sold” but by keeping the address and property details on your website you will appear on hundreds of property searches every week. We recommend messaging advising that “we get plenty of new instructions in “Cheers Drive” . Share your details and we will alert you as soon as any properties become available”.
• Group both Live and Sold properties on each local area to maximise the search terms e.g. Properties for Sale in Golders Green, along with descriptions of that local area, and give people an idea of the amazing properties you sell.

Property Software

Over the years we have worked with all of the major Property Software brands tailoring websites to show the properties exactly as you would like them. With brands like Reapit this involves creating a full App for upload on the the Reapit App Marketplace. For other Software such as Expert Agent we simply engage with them for the feeds whilst designing and delivering unique property details for your website.
