Getting a Sales Director Recruitment decision wrong is a hugely expensive mistake. Typically it will be 6 to 12 months before finding that Sales have not benefited, and you could be £100k plus out of pocket! Sales Consultancy could be the answer. For any businesses turning over less than £20m a full time Sales Director can be cost prohibitive and perhaps not needed. A Part Time or Fractional Sales Director may suit much better.
