The Laser Clinic Morpeth is owned and run by Susan and is one of the very few clinics in the Newcastle area to offer the most advanced technology available for the treatment of various skin conditions including laser hair removal for men and women.

Located in Morpeth in rural Northumberland the clinic is set within a beautiful and peaceful location. A great spot with free parking and privacy for their clients and it is only 20 minutes from Newcastle. The Laser Clinic provides a wide range of treatments using award winning medical grade Lynton technology. Susan is highly experienced and has a fantastic reputation with 5 stars on google based on 75 reviews which increase weekly.

Challenges

Limited online visibility: The Laser Clinic Morpeth had suddenly lost access to their website due to being let down by their website developer and lacked any online presence other than social media Facebook and Instagram pages. Solution : New website urgently.

Delivery

Website Development: Global River developed a new and improved website to replace the Laser Clinic’s old website when their web developer suddenly moved away and left them digitally stranded. Not only did they prioritise the Laser Clinic’s project but improved user experience, wrote the content and optimised all pages for search engines. They showcased treatments effectively adding an online booking system and social media links. The website became a central hub for information, featuring compelling visuals, services and treatment details. Including easy navigation and new branding on every page with professional graphics. Sourcing appropriate before and after images to use across platforms.
PPC Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign: In addition to the broader digital marketing strategy, Global River implemented a targeted PPC campaign over the last 5 months. This involved creating highly focused ad campaigns on Google Ads. By carefully selecting keywords relevant to the Laser Clinic’s treatments and special offers it ensured advertisements appeared prominently when potential customers searched for related services. The PPC campaign contributed to immediate visibility, driving traffic to specific treatment pages and generating valuable leads.
