From their head office in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, and regional office in Lancashire and Sussex, Ultrasafe Fire Suppression, design supply and maintain fire sprinkler systems. They knew that their website was vital for their message to reach architects, property managers and home owners. Ultrasafe wanted a unique design that was easy for them to maintain with product updates and news. Increasing the number and quality of sales leads generated by their website was a key goal of the project.

Global River worked with the client to understand their business and design the new website on time and within budget. After launch of the new site Global river worked on a monthly contract to analyse the visitor profile and behaviour and deliver targeted SEO, combined with CRO (conversion rate optimisation) to improve both the quantity and quality of website visitors. After the first 6 months of the contract the search traffic had increased by 150% and the average length of a site visit had increased by 32%. This was accompanied by an approximately ten fold increase in sales leads generated by the website.
